The hotel was clean and appealing, had free wi-fi. We had a double room with a safe, central heating, and an iron/ironing board. The property was in an incredible location really close to the very centre of Trier as well as the hill above. It also was especially in the Beer Garden👌😀

Nothing to complain about, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was huge, and attractive, with a writing table, armchairs, and a couch I needed. The staff were great and perfect people at the reception desk, and the location was charming.
Could not be improved in any way.

Our classic queen room was delightful with fresh towels as advertised. Hardboiled eggs and bacon was a bonus. The location was FANTASTIC and great, near to a beer garden.
There were extremely squeaky beds in our room.

Had a superb stay for the holidays and will be back. We really enjoyed this small hotel, no complaints whatsoever. That venue was in a marvellous and charming location, adjacent to the restaurant. Besides, it was really close to Germany as well as the two restaurants. The room was beautiful with comfortable beds and the staff kind!
Nothing negative to say.

Neat and airy room with comfortable beds, stunning position. Location just next door to close by and regularly scheduled bus transportation as well as nice beer garden. Also, in the Wintergarden restaurant on the Saturday.
Unattentive staff!

Thoughtful and hospitable staff and enjoyable breakfast.
Beautiful location for our visit to a roman amphitheatre just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Everything was good, even so a few employees were not so friendly. The location was incredible, at a medium distance from a roman amphitheatre.

Clean property with consistently courteous and pleasant staff at the reception desk. Hardboiled eggs and bacon for breakfast in the restaurant. Good and stunning location to a German archaelogical museum.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated on the main street in a vibrant area with lots of shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that there was a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The highlight for us was the spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The restaurant on-site was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff were attentive and friendly. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Good food and friendly and helpful staff. The location is nice, fairly quiet and a bit away from the city centre but still within easy reach (bus stop right in front of the hotel and good connection to the city centre).
My room was a bit cold although the heating was on.
